Why should I buy from Bali Mantra?

Two main reasons and many more little ones. One, exceptional quality and second exceptional service! At Bali Mantra we keep everything you see on our site in stock here in the USA. You may see discounted silver direct from China or other places overseas on popular auction sites but will have to wait several weeks to even see your item and take the chance on the quality being genuine. At Bali Mantra all our suppliers and artisans have provided samples to us so we can determine the quality before we continue business with them. We are quite proud of our quality control and all of our product inspections follow a strict process before it reaches our shelves and finally to your door step.

At Bali Mantra there is no shortage of customer service experience. Something you want but don’t see on our site? Let us know! You have a question we have an answer! If you have a concern or comment we are listening and would love to know. We try our best to respond to all our emails within 1-2 business days. We are always looking to improve our site, service and products. So please send us your feedback as we are eager to respond and follow through.

 

How will my items be shipped and for how much?

We carefully pack our items in sturdy boxes that are made in the USA. Certain items like silver and necklace sets are shipped in gift boxes wrapped in bubble wrap. Currently, we only ship to Australia, Germany, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, Italy and the United States. After payment is received goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We charge only a flat rate of $5.95 for shipping within the US which may be subject to change. All orders $50.oo and over will be shipped for free within the US. If you are outside of the US and really interested in purchasing our products please email us. In this case arrangements will have to be made outside of our website.

 

What is your return policy?

We currently retain an exchange policy which is valid for 14 days after the item has been shipped. If you notice any problems with your item(s) contact us right away. We aim to provide quality service and products and we’re happy to resolve any issues.
